RUSTIC COTTAGE AND THE ENVIRONMENT: Rustic
Cottage operates an environmentally friendly policy. The building has
been renovated to the latest standards for heating and insulation
with double glazing throughout. Wherever possible energy saving light
bulbs are used and we encourage our guests to separate litter for
recycling. We have a photovoltaic solar energy system installed which
feeds electricity back into the national grid and we control and
record our water and energy usage. Guests are encouraged to use the
local public
transport.
