When you have established the availability for your chosen holiday period you may also reserve and make fully secure payments for your holiday (using credit and debit cards) at this link.
Reservation System: Our modern on line reservation system (Powered by EVIIVO) is designed to show you the availability and costs for your planned holiday. It is flexible enough to calculate the cheapest available rate or combination of peak and off peak rates. It also takes account of special rates provided that the booking is made within the time limit to qualify (normally one month).
Alternative Booking/Payment Arrangements made direct: If you wish Mrs Beeney can also advise you of the availability, tariffs etc and accept your reservation by letter, e-mail or telephone. In this case payment will have to be made by cheque or bank transfer or using credit cards through a secure link with Paypal click here . We are currently working on a system whereby payment can be made by credit card through a secure telephone system Mrs. Beeney can accept bookings
Booking Terms
Acceptance of Reservation: Your reservation is only confirmed after full payment has been received. When making a reservation through the alternative method above you will be sent an acknowledgement letter by Mrs Beeney (usually by e-mail) outlining where applicable, dates, amounts to be paid,etc. as well as arrival and departure information
Cancellations Policy IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION: If your reservation is cancelled outside of 4 weeks of date of arrival, payment less an administration fee of 5% will be returned within 5 working days. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation within 4 weeks of the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to the total reservations at the package rate at which the reservation was made will be levied.
IF WE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION: In the unlikely event that we cannot meet our obligations and have to cancel your confirmed and paid reservation we will infrom you and make a full refund of such agreed amount you have already paid to us and (except for unnusual unforeseen circumstances) we will do so at least three months before your holiday starts.
Privacy Policy: All details of your name, address, etc. provided to us are held confidential and will not be passed on to third parties. We will not normally ask you for any credit card or banking information as all such information is handled by the secure websites of Eviivo or Paypal depending on the option you have selected above. Exceptionally, e.g. in the event of a cancellation of reservation made several months in advance, we may need to request such information for refund purposes.
